Erasmus+ staff applications, selection procedures, grant arrangements, invitation or acceptance documents, and other official mobility procedures are carried out in coordination with the International Relations Office.
Outgoing Staff
Staff members of the Department of Communication and Design who wish to participate in Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Teaching or Training abroad must follow the university's current Erasmus+ announcements, application requirements, and selection criteria.
Application and Selection
Applicants should follow the International Relations Office's announcements for current staff mobility calls, eligibility requirements, available quotas, evaluation criteria, and application deadlines.
Identifying the Host Institution
An eligible host institution is identified. The proposed dates, type of mobility, and academic or professional content of the activity are discussed with the host institution. An invitation or acceptance letter is obtained when required.
Staff Mobility Agreement
The objectives, content, dates, and expected outcomes of the teaching or training activity are specified in the Staff Mobility Agreement. The agreement must be approved by the relevant parties before the mobility period begins.
Post-Mobility Procedures
After completing the mobility activity, staff members must submit their Certificate of Attendance, documents confirming travel dates, and any other documents required by the university to the International Relations Office.
Important: For Staff Mobility for Teaching, a valid inter-institutional agreement covering the relevant activity must be in place between the sending and receiving higher education institutions. For Staff Mobility for Training, the eligibility of the host institution and the planned activity must be checked against the current Erasmus+ rules and the university's application requirements.
Incoming Staff
Staff members from higher education institutions abroad who wish to undertake teaching or training activities at the Department of Communication and Design under Erasmus+ are encouraged to contact the Departmental Erasmus+ Coordinators and the Alanya University International Relations Office before finalising their mobility plans.
Initial Contact
The visiting staff member should contact the Departmental Erasmus+ Coordinators and the International Relations Office, indicating their home institution, proposed mobility type, preferred dates, and planned activities.
Assessment of Eligibility
The proposed activity is evaluated in terms of its compatibility with the department's academic programme, the availability of relevant academic staff and courses, and institutional Erasmus+ requirements.
Staff Mobility Agreement
The objectives, content, dates, and expected outcomes of the activity are specified in the Staff Mobility Agreement, and the necessary institutional approvals are obtained before the mobility period begins.
Visit and Documentation
Once the institutional procedures have been completed, the mobility activity takes place. At the end of the visit, the required attendance and mobility documents are prepared in coordination with the relevant units.
For incoming staff: The Departmental Erasmus+ Coordinators are the main contact points for teaching content, departmental schedules, and academic planning. The International Relations Office provides guidance on official Erasmus+ procedures, institutional documents, and administrative matters.
